Deroci helps tradespeople write and send quotes. This page explains what we store and why.

What we store

• Your email address, so you can sign in with a one-time code.
• If you turn on Face ID or fingerprint sign-in, a public key for that device. Your face and fingerprint never leave your phone, and we never see them.
• Your business details and logo, which are printed on your quotes.
• Your quotes, including the notes you type and the customer name or address you add.
• When a customer opens or accepts a quote, and the name they give when accepting.

How we use it

Only to run the service: showing your quotes, sending sign-in codes and acceptance emails, and billing if you subscribe. To tidy the wording of your notes we send the job description (not prices or customer details) to our AI provider, Anthropic.

Cookies

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We count how the app is used (for example, how many quotes are sent) in our own database, without storing anything on your device.

Who can see a quote

Anyone with a quote's link can view it, so only share it with your customer. Links are long and random so they can't be guessed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account at any time by emailing us.
